Welcome to a new approach for events in Long Island!  Not only do we offer flexible event spaces, but our on-site catering services provide personalized attention and a vast selection of food and beverage options to for meetings, rehearsals, reunions, parties, and more. We supply customizable catering packages that can accommodate a host of dietary needs and event themes that will make for a memorable experience for you and your guests.

Meetings - Breakfast Buffet

Breakfast buffet items require a minimum headcount of 15.

Continental Breakfast 

Freshly baked croissants and classic New York bagels, fresh seasonal fruit, orange and apple juice, freshly brewed coffee and tea service.  

Add-ons:

  • Dannon yogurt
  • Fruit and cheese danish or French toast
  • Smoked salmon platter

*Omelet Station

Chef prepared eggs and omelets made to order, farm fresh cage free eggs, spinach, tomato, green pepper, mushroom and onion, bacon, sausage and cheddar cheese. 

*Belgian Waffle Station

Chef prepared Belgium style waffles, whipped cream, powdered sugar, butter, chopped pecans and maple syrup, strawberry compote, bananas foster sauce and blueberry compote.

Sunrise Breakfast

Softly scrambled cage free eggs, crisp bacon and country sausage links, home fried potatoes with sauteed peppers and onions, classic New York bagels (butter, cream, cheese, and preserves available), fresh seasonal fruit. Option of orange or apple juice, includes freshly brewed coffees and tea service.

Meetings - Lunch Buffets

Lunch buffet items are served with tea and require a minimum headcount of 15.  

Taste of Italy

Rigatoni a la vodka, chicken piccata, green beans with garlic, Caesar salad, and Italian bread.  

Trip to Mexico

Chicken fajitas with sauteed peppers and onions, flour tortillas, chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream and diced onions, Mexican rice, black beans, tortilla chips and salsa. 

Of the Orient

General Tso's chicken, broccoli and beef, vegetable lo mein, fried rice, green salad with ginger dressing. 

Gourmet Deli Express (Choose 3)

  • Roast beef and Havarti on ciabatta roll with horseradish mayo
  • Turkey breast on whole wheat roll with sliced cucumber and tomato
  • Albacore tuna with tomato on 7-grain bread
  • Chicken Caesar wrap with parmesan croutons
  • Cold chicken cutlet on Kaiser roll with bacon, cheddar, and BBQ-ranch dressing

Dinner

Each buffet option includes freshly baked rolls with creamy butter, freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, sweetened and unsweetened tea and requires a minimum headcount of 15.

One starter, one entree, one pasta/potato side, one vegetable side, and a dessert. 

The New Yorker

Two starters, two entrees, one pasta/potato side, one vegetable side, one dessert. 

The Long Islander

  • Penne Puttanesca - penne pasta tossed in a tomato sauce with shallots, capers, and tomatoes 
  • 4 Grain Pilaf - long grain and wild rice tossed with barley and quinoa
  • Baked Rigatoni - rigatoni mixed with marinara sauce, parmesan, ricotta, and melted mozzarella cheese
  • Buttery Whipped Potatoes - mashed with warm cream and butter
  • Fingerling Potatoes - herb crusted and roasted

Vegetable Sides:

  • Green Bean Almandine - crisp green beans sauteed in brown butter with toasted almonds
  • Glazed Carrots - sweet farm fresh carrots caramelized in brown sugar and honey

Cheese Parade

Imported and domestic cheeses garnished with dried fruit and nuts, sliced ciabatta, flat breads, and assorted crackers.

Antipasto

An attractive arrangement of gourmet cured meats, imported and domestic cheeses, marinated vegetables, herbed olives, Tuscan white bean puree, and flat breads.

Baja Cantina Buffet

Chicken fajita meat and seasoned beef for tacos, shredded lettuce, sour cream, jack cheese, picante sauce, and warm flour tortillas. 

Savory Sweets

A selection of gourmet pastries including cream puffs, eclairs, cannolis, lemon tarts, fresh fruit tarts, and freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee.  Coffee accouterments to include whipped cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, citrus twists, and chocolate.  Assorted hot teas included. 

Tableside Cookies

A generous variety of Italian artisan and butter cookies wrapped and set at each table.
